Electricity Poem by Pierce Reichard

Electricity

Every touch lasts a lifetime,
But not long enough.
Your words do not fall upon deaf ears darling.
They are cherished along with all your laughs.
My heart is warmed by you, a hearth of elegance.

With you I feel something.
Electricity.
Your eyes meet mine and I'm shocked.
I'm left tingling and numb when you leave.

Our chemistry feels electric.
I'm positively attracted.
