Elephantiasus Poem by Long Tooth

Elephantiasus

The poor flea felt so down, but just could not divest,
Still, his burden was strange, "elephant on the chest! "
"Never seen you so low, " his best flea friend was "pest, "
"Think you're up to my load? Sometimes life is a test! "

Seems a flea can't let go, once they bite it's no joke!
"If your future needs light, we can fire up my toke, "
Said his pest of a friend, starting now to provoke!
"Nevermind, " the flea said, "Hard to fix what's not broke! "

"But you might tell my wife, won't be home for a while,
I've a lot to digest here! " he said with a smile.
"If you need help just fart loud, " no pest's born with guile,
"For a smoking hot elephant, I'd walk a mile!
