I saw a seedling apparition, hardly seen,
That's dangling under scintillating sun.
The shadow then suffus'd beneath it,
Defying even scorching hate from light,
Revealing my obscur'd poetic lay.
Lest missing out its match'd tremendous depth,
Yet, prior wonders I have, hinder them.
My heartfelt gratitude up to the ether,
Therein dispers'd my empathy en masse.
Oft-thought enablers cross'd my mellowness;
Existing dear friends howl'd my vehemence,
Evincing trenches that of my expressions.
Can't stand up due to downpour I did carry.
My chair then wiggl'd my melancholy:
I thought of how I'm trembling, very weary.
At last, it's shedding my shunn'd weaponry,
In which my veins have scurri'd to, excited.
My heart then follow'd gracefully, elated.
A glimpse from when poetic lay was born,
As if it struck my flashback down forlorn,
Made me want to be lapp'd with blanket.
However, I fell deep within my pockets,
I grasp'd the puniness of my chest plate.
Its diamond weight bulg'd out on my palms.
The splendor of the artifact shone in the roads.
The brightness it let go reach'd my gray castle.
There, persuaded the chainmail and they fled.
They merg'd and wrapp'd my chest with clarion resonance.
A coat of mail, hard clanking, clinking, sync'd—
More hardness in my body, tawdry not,
Nor gaudy, also not luxurious, but...
In need to be, at most times, burnish'd.
Hence, I'm protected by restraint and venting!
Should never be slipp'd from this rusty memory,
That they are penetrable and not so good,
Which can become fine, splendid, out of memories....
The other grasp then delv'd into the smoothness;
My fingers slide through leather so coarse, dusted —
Thick dusts along the dive, feels like a desert —
That pitter-patter roaches make, unveil
The crawls of fake touch, trigger'd by cobwebs.
Then reach'd and press'd, the cold metallic locket —
Not even frighten'd, all my searching fingers.
However, fell back cuz it shone like sunrays —
A little move, I touched its metal-rich hilt,
Shagreen touch, pebbly texture, marvelous.
The spherical shape of its pommel, it pok'd,
Invited, persuaded, my enduring palms —
I grasp'd, unsheathing my imprison'd sword.
Katana-like, enchanting, flaxen guard,
A blade so shiny and efficient show'd up.
The piercing tip embroil'd my generals,
Commanding all of soldiers they possess
To fight for something not within their knowledge,
But their good spirits reach'd deep in my heart,
They swarm'd around my boughs of cup of tea.
Unbending will I have, stood strong on top
Of precipice where I found the sole solace
That later on summon'd, with confidence,
The lone-knight vessel to upcoming battles,
And gear'd it up. It vamoos'd ere it's too late.
It stomp'd the burnt vales, ashen prairies from afar —
Went rushing in there, swung the blade of meaning.
In no time, all the lands were filled with hatred,
Unwavering, all to the shallowness.
His slashes: blistering gusts drive away,
All ashes on the ground. Then swirling upwards —
The knight felt unwell — skeins of grace above,
In ether, o'er that man, who's gone ashen,
Together with the leaden cumulus,
Deliver'd blasts of sense to his ideas.
A torrent of all chagrin from showcasing,
Brought downpour o'er comfort's abnegation.
Ensu'd by contemplating rain of words,
With pitter-patters on his coat of mail,
He then look'd up, and thrusted his sword down.
This wreckage that storm did to where he stood:
Environment reduc'd to pond so hard.
I rush'd into the knight I gave birth to,
And holler'd that I don't command him then.
He brought his own demise himself right there!
Them all, my reverence were shock'd... eyes shut —
No uncontrollable ambivalence
Was left for me to fear to conquer now....
I stoop'd and grabb'd the coat of mail once his —
Impetuous not, but a wary passion,
It made me wear, once coat of mail with honor.
The art I seek confronted my bold eyes;
That seedling apparition hardly seen,
Now came to greet me as its long lost friend —
The looks of brokenness appear'd: alone.
Akin to what I'm donn'd with for not long;
For long, still pining to unrequited,
Lost love because of my once selfish self.
It's doleful of the ignorance I've shown it.
It's drenched by weary rainfall that knight caus'd,
With that face looking poignant, shedding tears.
A few minutes ere this land be full with...
With tears of lost, embracing one another,
Became the best of all the choices serv'd;
The sought art so ethereal gave its warmth.
All whiffs from every breath, now comes from irks —
Art seething to me, then confronted my consent —
Emerging from his nose the steams of longing —
Reiterated by him to accept,
His most commendable attempt for me.
There are those instances where ire is first;
Corrupted or the pent up chain of thoughts,
Dictate my will to bid the hurtful things.
They roar'd and maelstrom that of chaos swirled,
Aggressively and menacingly, worse...
The sun came and dissolv'd the darkness down.
I, then, have risen gear'd up, confident.
No more of poverty and perishing -
I have unveil'd obscur'd thoughts with good words.
Amorphous, towering, monstrosity,
Well, as it is, a triple blast is fine,
It will be then defeated. There, I said,
'I am the sower of what we then reap'd.'
The sword, the coat of mail, and I, attack'd;
We whipp'd the inaccuracy of depths:
The long lost art I now have here to love.
That memory of seedling stranger then,
Now, ceas'd to be behold and be ignor'd,
As I gave my consent to it for good!
The ether wip'd off all the hurt we've got.
Fus'd in my breath and we, since, coexist.
The war of thoughts still is the semblance of...
Abated tension of the fighting stance.
Head on, we bump'd with each other's forgiveness.
We, then, became one that conforms with I.
I did exalt that sense that is immense —
I nodded towards it amicably.
Kept drowning in the thoughts of tangl'd life,
And making vessel of it austere, looking down.
A tercet rhym'd and sang in lieu of doubt:
Extensive freedom laid exquisiteness,
Which can be jubilance or venting woe,
As valiant poet reads through passages.
Trilateral as they are, they ascend,
Above so high, like how ballons fly up,
And how they capture everyone's delight;
Those sparkle in the eyes on limitless,
Azure ether, a love we all then share,
Eliciting the beauty everywhere.
It may be fleeting, as it sometimes seem,
Or hid to be abided with for long,
In precious hearts, resolved the vague attempts,
Of seemingly unending afterthoughts.
Two days and nights — two dawns and dusks — I sighed.
I reach'd for my historic poetry.
How grateful that the moment is arcane,
That constellations so few only know,
All hatred to simplicity are spurious,
Deferr'd to quixotry to soar below,
Aurora of love made it somnolent.
Stentorian hollering of poems' words,
Got my imagination giddily:
Creative thinking has awaken'd now.
Sardonic laughter none that hover'd there,
In tidy room, with silence, deafening.
My quiescent lips stays like that for now,
Cuz rhymes and meters are in my notepad.
Vibrations at times calls me to compose.
I grabb'd my ever-growing roots of sight;
The weight of tree of rhyme schemes, atmosphere;
The height of stem of rhythm, stress'd, unstress'd,
Just as the puff of wind... for rustling leaves;
Prodigious firmness of verse lines are felt;
The boughs of meaning, laden with clear details;
The offshoot of vocabularies grew,
The twigs with literary techniques: leaves.
In my phone, I imprinted shifting depth....
Monstrosity ere was already ceas'd,
Oblivion got wash'd away from me!
The waves of my poetic watershed,
They cleans'd what seems like dead so long ago.
Enduring all the salt that's left in wounds,
In shores, the glints I see, made me shed tears,
I walk'd away, all dripping with salt water.
All I feel is that air's parch'd... sweltering.
Eventually, I reach'd my garden's soil.
My tears went down — fell down on verdant ground.
I look'd down on it, like dews glistening,
Right after a long downpour, peaceful land.
And tears slid down to dry soil, I was shock'd...
The elegance just bloom'd around that spot!
Beneath me feels like something rises up —
The redolence came out of cracks I see —
I stepp'd back just a bit — my eyes dilated.
The semblance of the poetry did sprout.
It then rise up, and greeted my surprise.
I, mesmeriz'd, a vessel that submits.
A beauty so big like a pine tree there.
With letters spell'd out, they bestow one word.
Beyond my thinking, thoughts then mumble threads.
Pick word by word, they will bestow a verse.
Beyond webs, thoughts explore the mine of depth.
Read line by line, beyond the passages.
The flow of thoughts once tripp'd, they oft back up.
The gathering of thoughts prevails in mind.
Then, sigh... inhale ideas — link them after.
That, wherefore, ties all feelings wandering,
That roots to heap of logs that serves as bonfire,
For my adventurous life, wanderer.
I must accomplish things ere fire is out;
Fire gives me warmth for my return for rest.
O there's my journey that is pertinacious!
