A few fathoms down in the depths of my heart,
Seldom do they lie with slumberous eyes.
They drape my dawns with the glory of hope,
On starless nights they share my sighs.
They sing with me some joyous songs,
And hold my hand during lonely walks.
In vacant hours of mid-noon naps,
They wake me up with a stealthy knock.
In the hush of night or din of the day,
I hear them breathe just a step away.
They stroll with me on sandy shores,
And gaze across the shimmering bay.
They measure my days and chart my nights,
And steady my ship in my hours of strife.
Whether silent seas or stormy nights,
They sail with me on this voyage of life.
Seldom of emotions speak here about wise imagery shared really. Very interesting sharing done....10

Wonderful imagination. Drape my dawns with glory of hope and on starless nights they share my sighs. Lovely poem.
