Emotions Of Everyday Poem by Shaquille Duncan

Emotions Of Everyday

All alone facing intense sorrow.
Anticipating death, not looking forward to tomorrow.
Want to run away, but the pain just follows.
Slowing down when the agony becomes callow.

Trapped in myself, within a dark zone.
No comrades, preferred to be alone.
The loneliness causes my insides to become cold.
My heart begins to harden and turn into stone.

Trying hard to becomes emotionless.
Trying to achieve my goal, but never progress.
Always get slowed down when I'm depressed.
Drowning myself in tears when I'm in distress.

Happiness comes when I start to bleed.
The pain goes away when it is feed.
The powerful surge of joy fulfill my needs.
My emotions slow down, now I'm in lead.

My emotions begins to be empowered.
Anxiety flowing through me makes me cower.
Contemplating destruction as my hatred fosters.
I fear the world for my exposure.

Beginning to hate the way that I'm living.
I can't help the fact that something is missing.
Talking to myself as I try to find a solution.
Powerful burst of ecstasy as I discover the conclusion.
