Empty Poem by Augustus Carter

I am empty, I am hollow, nothing has filled the only hole left in my heart. for i have searched high and low and done everything, i have filled most of myself wit the lord and his protective word, and worshiping him and loving him, yet it still leaves this hole which longs for someone to fill it, only one person can heal me and fill this empty hole in my heart. I long for it to be filled yet otherwise it might be filled with a bullet or a blade, for I am now nothing but a shell a ghost of my former self for there is nothing left in me but emptiness.
