Encaged Voice

ENCAGED VOICE by Henry Ochiagha

Ding dong ding dong
Encaged voices with rhyme
Roaring in the air
Without fear or favour
Martin Luther jr. was a voice
we're glad Obama benefited
King David did it
Goliath of Gath was disgrace
Joan of Arc did same
Songs of emancipation betide France
Fire and rain hearken to the clarity of Elijah's voice
Moses apply same
There was pathway on the sea
John de Baptist wasn't an exception
Straight way to the Lord was obtain
Nelson Mandela stood his ground
Apartheid South Africa was overturn via freedom
Joshua did it
Moon, sun and stars stood still
City of Nineveh was saved by runaway Jonah
Jacob wasn't different about it
And got a better name
Blind Barthmeus poured his mind
And regain his sight
Joseph was passionate about it
Leadership role became his in a foreign land
Paul was a sounding voice
That became visible
Henry Ochiagha is doing it
And loving it.
