End To Fixation - Poem by Jeremy Whiting

Visions of you in my head
Breakfast, lunch, dinner even in bed
Your face is fresh within my mind
your perfect cheeks, your eyes so kind

Day after day i wonder it true
Have you these same feelings too?
Every night you grace my sleep
How is this possible? A hold so deep

Forget you, i want to; forget you i must
crush this Dreamland into dust!
It's time for me to make a new start
so if you would please release my heart.

Short, sweet and simple but with an easy flow. You have a real talent, keep writing, Jeremy and thanks for this one. (Report) Reply
