Endless Love Poem by welkin siskin

Endless Love

The heart lifted and so the soul did
In thy love vast and enduring
For the heart found you as a Cupid
What could have been better as this bearing.
The palpitation shifted its arms in delight
And did the pulse by degrees beat its rhythms
To find thy heart's inner light
To go beyond all pretenses and shams.
The ventricle cleared thy filthy words
And did the vein carried blood of purity,
To clear all suspicion and doubt that blurred
These eyes to let us stand true and thus to pure be.
