Ends Justify The Mean

early afternoon past 2pm the phone rangs,
i woke up after 4hours sleep from night shift,
it's the staff asking me where i am?
they're waiting for me to fix my wealth?
funny i mentioned, i will be there in 5minutes,
5km away from my apartment. But sorry my dear,
i forgot i don't have money to pay for my fare
hopeless i can't go through with it.

i continue rushing like i have chance to be there,
all sweats, my hair, my posture, not ready to go,
but im thinking positive and keep going.
i went down from lift ran at atm to check if i have money left,
but unlucky insufficient funds only appeared, so
i try my cash advance and again, sorry wrong pin entered,
still tries the third time, maximum pins exceeded.

i play like marathon to escalator but spent the time wasted,
my feet hurdled in a hurry as if miracle will turn on me,
i go back to apartment and went to some friends;
block 6-3, block 10-10, block 11-8, but no one was there?
tomorrow is salary but today is urgent that i shouldn't missed!

i can feel my hunger but only 1dollar 60cents is left on my pocket,
lucky i have 3cigars to feed my anxiety and moral pity.
i keep walking following my steps while trying to send sms to my friend
but not enough balance to send my message.

the time never stops running but i don't lose hope as well.

My Lord..
My Lord..
My Lord..

while waiting for the lift to open and so long to wait,
sudden friend is inside the lift and asked me, where you going?
im speechless for few seconds and say, can i borrow 10dollars?
and whoa, she gives it right away...

i call the cab to send me right away,
but ten wheeler truck is in front of the intersection, jam!
it took 20mintues to ride on as fast as he can that cost me 8.50dollars!
well, it's metered by the way and no chance to argue.

from there life is filled of suprises, the day may blue and even bluer,
and road may rough and many more stones may aggravates the block,
but interferes comes nothing when GOD is there.

Iloveyou God!
