Entrusted Journey Poem by Dan Arndt

It's a magnificent world we're a part of
With many places we'll never see.
Aware that these treasures are out there
Full of magic that sets us free.
The beauty from high atop mountains
Is supreme and brings tears to our eyes.
Seven wonders are said to exist here
Many more are uncovered with surprise.
We're all on this journey together,
It's up to us to protect and preserve.
Please re-use, recycle and care for
It's what future generations deserve.
We all have to work together
To stop this waste and abuse!
Set down our saws, guns and dozers
Get our minds in sync and in use.
Our actions are what will define us
And knowledge is surely a must.
This earth and all of its creatures
Have been left to us but in trust!
