Eternal Bliss

so persistent
you look upon me
with hope and desire
is this a dream or reality?

sitting quietly
staring at you with hopeful eyes
asking you in silence
why our love hides.

gazing back at me
with a black stare
not willing to give in
knowing your special love is rare.

sharing your heart
with no one about your feelings
only a moment’s notice
letting me see all and so revealing.

a love so beautiful
i cannot miss
for you to love me
sends me into an eternal bliss.
