Eternal Fragrance Called Life Poem by Deepak Calyampoondi

Eternal Fragrance Called Life

The world is a blessing, where we are born,
We play the fiddle and sing the song,
Bonded with love from the cradle to the grave,
Which travels many miles for the people always crave.

Words are a blessing that we convey,
laughter and happiness are served in a tray,
Enjoy everyday for you will never know,
If it's an end of a journey, so do not ignore.

It rains from heavens unto the lands,
Moulded are people with God's own hands,
The garlands of glory is not because of war,
But for all those winnings without even a scar.

The world is a garden, where we all bloom,
We learn, unlearn the goods and follies very soon,
We learn to nuture love and care,
and that eternal fragrance called life.
