Eternal Love, My Sublime Poem by James Darwin Smith II

Eternal Love, My Sublime

If only I
Could cast you high
Upon the sky
To the stars
Aligning
Those radiant eyes
As your soul
Would feel at home
Brighter than
It has ever been before

May you roam
Beyond space and time
Warp speeding
To finally stop
At peace
Feeling so safe
And secure

My dream love
My secret admiration's
Sublime
I still dream of you
No matter how far
I feel left behind

I am still here
Knowing who
You truly are
Find yourself
So I can
Help travel further
Beyond space and time

We shall be lovers
In another dimension
Whomever
You may be
To your own
Future wellbeing

I know you more
Than ever before

At least more
Than you
Will perhaps ever know

With this love
I will do my best
To cast you
A starring role
Up and beyond
Flying high
Like never before

My love
You my space and time

Search within your soul
Let go

And all will be as beautiful
As the day you were born

Eternal love
My sublime

We were destined lovers
Now search within
My eyes

My soul
Your soul
Is where
These true forms reside

Eternal love
My sublime

Where have you been
All of my life?

Take me home, for good
