Evening Stillpoint Poem by Waldemar Ens

Evening Stillpoint

Rippling lake lapping shore
dock juts water
voices echo family

my head falls back
seeing top of tall pine
a double tip
green fingers pointing
up into
pale blue and white wisps

as dusk deepens
into dark stillness
