Expecting Poem by Vanesa Rabic

Expecting

They want me, but I still think on you.
I know you are around somewhere and waiting for me
But I m not free, I m prisoner in this sweet dark
You need to release me from the chains of pain, but hurry
I do not have much time; they are coming for me…
Run and do not turn around, they are expecting your coming.
Please, be careful!
In addition, do not believe in anyone, in anything you hear about me.
Hurry, midnight is almost there, and if you come late, I will be death…
I expect you will come so soon.
