Eyes Of The Beholder Poem by Melissa Ordaz

Eyes Of The Beholder

Rating: 5.0

The world I thought I knew as a child is gone… the heart I thought I had has disappeared. I used to see the world as a harmless place…now I see it as a place were EVIL so called humans live…I still remember you as the person I can always count on to escape…you were like my pair of wings that could never be harmed…but now I just have a set of broken fallen angel wings on my back…and without you is the reason why I lack…I need you old man and I miss you…please just please let me wake from this dream! No! Please wake me from this horrible nightmare of SWEET INSANITY!
