Eyes Pocket Poem by Shaun Shane

Eyes Pocket

Rating: 4.9

if you could
take out
your eyes
and lay them
on the table
and let them
have a look
for themselves

without you
trying to force
your opinion
on them

what would
they see

the worlds
beauty of
course

and then
they would
run away

realizing
you
were reason
it looked
ugly before
