F L O A T Poem by Anne Morin

F L O A T

I want to float in the coolness of air
Tenderly holding my breath
Listen to the winds of change
Bend my world

I would sing praises to the prickly persons
Who wished to pierce my bubbles
They would cry out in joy
And we would dance a way
