Face It.. - Poem by Lauren Meredith Gould

the dark can't protect you
from what you fear
it can hear you
far or near
so stop running and face it
turn around and get so close
that you can almost taste it
as you see it coming closer
you grasp it in your hand
and realize you love her
and don't know why you were running
away from your plans
you take the fear and throw it away
and can't beleive what you were thinking
to this very cold winter day

this poem was inspired from an add in spin magazine from a video's weird, don't ask.

i dunno i was always told to face my fears, but it seems like someone is running away from responcibilities (Report) Reply
