Face Value Poem by Kaity Desrosiers

Face Value

Caramel,
As her skin is as such.
Sunkist tusks glistened
Whilst she beamed
Through her vascular.
As you thought
She was clinical,
A mental disaster.
She stands
Cookie crumbled,
Cookie crumbled
With laughter.
The fat her!
No matter her obstacles.
No matter her triumphs.
Her inner is haunting
With vigor.
Subjects are
Physics, Kinetics,
and Democracy.
The hypocrisy of
Society.
It wasn't about
The classical music
That she attest to.
Nor, the scripts she read,
Beside several; the best to!
No!
It wasn't about her encephalon,
To decipher on.
Him.
Her.
Them.
They.
Face Value.
