Faded Blooms Poem by douglas lewis

Faded Blooms

There are blooms
In every corner,
On every table
In the room.
But he is blind
To all their colours,
For the petals
Speak of passing
And magnify
The gloom.
And they too,
Will slowly hang their heads
And pass away too soon.
