remember last friday night we went to the movies?
when i got home i took 57 ibuprofen
you were with all your homies so you didn't notice.
the next time i stood next to you i felt hopeless, oh but you knew this.
you just didn't care, right?
once you said it to my face, my face was filled with despair.
didn't i try to love you
didn't i try to care?

after our breakup, you walked the halls passing by me like i'm a ghost.
i miss you now.
i hate expressing my feelings but now i need you the most.
but now i have to act like i don't care
it's my turn
it's my time to shine
to be an actor again.
