Faith - Poem by Leaking Pen
He stood on solid grounds
No pen no paper, no recorder
Master: I ask show me the rules
To avoid pitfalls of all fools
How do you know I am a Master?
Are you blinded by my halo?
Your search blind in its quest
Eager to believe in any test
Roots lie deep of the Tree
Knowledge does not come free
I ask you, how deep is your sea
Where truth hides its key
Not all that glitter is pure gold
Many tales have been foretold
Faith and fable do not mix
Toss one over solves life's tricks
To have clear eyes to know which
Is the truth, which is the lie?
Many prophets claim my Name
Do you seek me? Or their fame?
Go back to your heart and seek its silence
Away from all chatter and all matter
Inside of you I never left you
Call me Faith! Call me God! I am you!
