Faith Poem by Umme Shahzayb

Faith

Endeared enshrined
By Morales of mind
Senses all, pay homage
To the holy adage
And deafens the sense for those whispers
Ever beating my auditory drums
The vicious voice glums
The battles are fought
On battle grounds of my mind
With my archenemy, the cursed fiend
How many were, the battles fought! !
The unsung warrior, i was throughout! !
How gracefully the weakness musters courage
To rescue the cardiac land from savage
Where pericardial rugs are laid
For the luminous soul to pray
