Fall Poem by Kara W

Fall

In a world where everything's fine, the trees roam free.
Where the lighting doesn't go 'CRASH.'
Where cameras don't flash.
All those colors are the trees.
Running fast, like the time runs past the line.
As blue as the sky is, you'll be when winter comes.
The wind runs.
All the birds hum.
The leaves are crispy and red.
They'll crunch under your feet.
Wishing that you still had the summer's heat.
Not all who wander are lost.
Everything you do has a cost.
Birds singing.
In the trees up so high
Looking up at the leaves falling.
It looks like they're falling from the sky.
