Fallen Angel Poem by Theresa Ann Moore

Fallen Angel

Rating: 5.0

The zealous devil never sleeps…
Into your thoughts he will creep
Showing you how to convincingly deceive
With cunning and undetectable artistry

With a sense of cleverness…
Outmaneuvering God’s greatness
The devil is mischievous and he enjoys
Watching your conceited smugness with joy

He once was an angel who fell from grace
He was naughty and laughed in God’s face
It is his goal to seize souls in his drooling jowls
And escort them to damnation’s fiery bowels

And his temptation is there everyday...but from the Lord we must not sway Nice one T
