Falling Heart Poem by Henryk Thicke

Falling Heart

I long to see the day when I am a whole heart again.

Am I wrong to think that our love could be repaired once again?

The former glory of our love keeps me dreaming my friend.

I'll always hold on until the very, very end.

I love you for all that I'm worth.

Sadly, I have no one on the forsaken Earth.

I just want to hold your hand please.

I don't care if I have to pay a fee.

For I am your slave my love.

Or rather... I am in-slaved by the ghost of our love.

Very nice poem about love (or lack of it) . This appears to be the first poem that you have posted on this website. Welcome to Poem Hunter!
