Falling To Rise. Poem by edmond tawiah

Falling To Rise.

There comes a season when the leaves start to fall.
The trees of the fields begin to shed their leaves.
There comes a season when the beautiful grasses of the fields begin to wither.
There comes a season when the voice of chirping birds remain quiet.
There comes a season when all things become mute.
Sometimes it seem like the sun has fallen and the earth brought to doom.
But as the sun revolves around the earth,
so do trees begin to give forth new leaves.
Grasses in the fields begin to lose their witherness.
Greeness is born once again.
Soon chirping voices of birds are heard and a new life reborn.
There comes a time when a man falls but as greeness is is reborn in withered grasses, so shall he rise to his feet again.
As days become nights and nights become days,
so does the seasons change and gradually life is made anew.
A time may come when man is brought to nothing.
But the holy book even discloses that there are times and seasons for everything.
Therefore as you fall, so shall you rise.
