A ring in a box
a question on one knee
slide it on my finger
I know it's meant to be

Your smile shines so bright
to lighten up my day
your voice makes me happy
no matter what you say

A phone call at night
a glance at the moon
a thought of each other
and seeing you soon

Our times are special
the songs that you sing
make me remember
all the smiles that you bring

I know that you are
too far away
there's too many miles
from Virginia to PA

Fly in and see me
when the moon goes down
so the miles between us
don't make you frown
