Fate Poem by wei zhong purepoem

Fate

Fate kept beating the leaves
Listen, do you hear them panting
Maybe you've heard the original part
The unthinking leaves are still breathing
Fate has cut them one by one
Fragility of meridians
Make their shape changed again and again
Please forgive me
Or let me forgive you
And if you can't do both
Then I can only say with a sad smile
Look, look at those leaves
Plum leaves, peach leaves
They're all so weak that they're not windy
Knife after knife, they were cut into pieces
Old look, sad look,
Love, still in love
I will write you down with my life
On my face full of wounds
God, I'm vulnerable
I can't see your face with my eyes
My body is very tired, already tired
Please redeem me
I'm scarred and incurable
Let me die tired
Or live in confusion
