Father Poem by Muneeb Tahir Muneeb Tahir

Father

Dead tired, carrying responsibilites on my shoulder,

I walked towards homefor hours of peace,

On the days were waiting my kids,

With the list of wishes to tease,

Showing negligence to burden on me,

I had to listen to their please,

I saved penny to penny but,

They thought I earned with such an ease,

To some desires I had to say YES,

And put some of them on delay,

They did not see in my eyes, the"NO RAY"

How would I fulfil wandering I hit the hay
