Fear - Poem by Kurt Barekman

lonely road full of fear

somthing in my heart held so dear

darkness closing on the day

all wrong deeds about to pay

panic rising in my chest

pressure building about to get the rest

of me, heart racing

to hell with pacing

all out sprint towards my destination

no time to be wasting

your arms my castle

to your heart i am its vassal

every window filled with light

to sleep i fall, i am tired of this fight
