watch things appearing and disappearing on your body and mind faculty.
mental behaviours such as
emotion, thought, imagination, and
knowing things and knowing physical behaviours will make you realize the nature of body-mind faculty.
impermanence, the law of nature is realized and experienced as practical silence- poetry of distilled truth-wisdom.
