Feathers Of Fun Poem by John Sensele

Feathers Of Fun

Feathers of love fly
In fine weather, in foul weather
When despite moods dealings dry
To harden like leather.

Feathers of fear freeze
In times of threats and regrets
When envy and jealousy tease
To conceal skeletons and secrets.

Feathers of flirt fondle
In times when folks freeze manners
When adrenalin fears no scandal
To throw in the works spanners.

Feathers of fun frolick
In times of jubilation and recreation
When knees grow weak
To cater for affection and admiration.
