Fill In The Goggles.... Poem by MBJ Pancras

Fill In The Goggles....

Fill in the goggles....
Taxes of life have fallen on thee,
Pigtails carry thy burdens into trash,
Physicians monitor their wealth with thy diseases,
Thy likeable desires been turned to dogs' biscuits,
Farmers' sickles been rusted and blunted,
Filthy politicians lie at the feet of the innocent and the ignorant,
Blue sky turned grey; deep unto shallow and dry,
Butchery and slaughter are running thro' veins,
Learning have fallen into the pockets of traders,
Power and lust have taken their groins,
The whole of life on earth turned a whimsical fair and comedy.
Thou, a seeker of perfection and virtue, have no place here,
So, thou hast to fill in thyself into the goggles of tolerance,
And thou shalt win the Grace of the One Above to reach Above.
