Finally - Poem by Ranock Saing

The darkness shadows of the light
Tonight it’s shining so bright
Finally I can see as I’m walking through
The other side of someone I thought I knew
Time is running fast
Now everything that is done is in my past
As we’re standing here
Parting from each other is near
Soon we’ll be letting go
Of something we’ll never have again, I know
In front of me, you have nothing to say
Except the passion of only wanting to walk away
Yet you don’t even sympathize
All the pain that I have to go through on the inside
The untouchable memories are playing in my head
This moment in time, everything’s been said
The truth I’m still struggling to accept
Anything about you and I will always be kept
Even if I were to reach out for your hands again
Everything has already come to an end
Remember, I will erase you from my heart
As long as we’ll be very far apart…
