Fireflies And Winter Wind Poem by Annette Liliann

Fireflies And Winter Wind

Flicker fireflies lit this road
Their cheeerful light flick
They care not who will see their lights
And the cold winter wind swept as always
And fireflies flicker as always
But now their chill and their flick of lights
Left me in tunnel of twinkling night
Alone, bleeding

A nice write. Fire flies lights up the nights as it flits about. Their lights mingled with the chirping of crickets and the croaking of frogs gave one a feeling of serenity and contentment. Nice.
