I once loved you with all my heart
Did what ever I could to make you happy
When apart I went to visit you
Called you to see how you were doing
You made my heart swore in the sky
And your family became mine
Thinking we were happy together
To only find that a shadow was growing
Our love we had for each other
My heart beats for no one but you
Then you said five words
My heart never wanted to hear from you; my love
“I want to break up”
Oh how my heart broke in two
And tears fell from my eyes
Which saw you as the most
Wonderful person in the world
I felt my first love slip away from me
And went with someone
Who you now cared about
I was now lost to the shadows
And there I stayed for two years
Until now I found someone new
Who makes me feel the same way you did
My love
There will always be a
Very special place in my heart just for you
For you were my first love
And our memories of us together will always
Be kept away in my heart
It was a blessing to have you
As my first love
My first heart ache
And my first tears of a lost love
You made me stronger
Then what I was before
I fell deeply in love you and you went away
Leaving me with an appalling despondency
