Flesh, Bones And White Wings (Pt.2) Poem by Marcondes Pereira

Flesh, Bones And White Wings (Pt.2)

II-) A Lamb's Prayer.

Oh, lord! My flesh is weaker than before.
Won't you forgive my sins? I was full of pride.
Oh, lord! I am not a selfish wolf anymore,
Won't you take me to your side?

Oh, lord! Guide me to your garden.
Oh, lord! My soul is tired.
Oh, lord! rescue me from this burden
Oh, lord! My body's will is expired
