Flicker Flicker Poem by Asher Chester

Flicker Flicker

Flicker flicker,
The lights are out,
Face the dark,
Swathed in doubt.

Flicker flicker,
The walls are down,
Face the dark
Swathed in doubt.

How can shadows do all this?
No sight, sound, nor touch.

Kill the light,
Revive the dark!
The shadows cry,
Give us freedom, give us life!
Make it worth all the strife!
Kill the light…
