Flowers In Full Bloom Poem by mandy baskett

Flowers In Full Bloom

A kaleidoscope of colours
As flowers start to bloom
Violas, narcissus, jonquils everywhere
Their sweet delightful sense
Fill the fresh spring air

The purple of the violet
Lilies, oh so white
The crimson red of poppies
What a pretty sight

As if God took out his paint box
And splashed on beautiful hues
Of colour across the landscape
To chase away winter blues
