Just when I began
To give in
And love you
You turn around
And hurt me,

Just when I began
To trust you
You hide the truth
And lie to me,

I am a fool
To keep taking you back
After you keep
Crushing
My already broken heart
That has been hanging on by a thread
To life,

I was a fool
To ever think
You would change,

But now I have learned
From my mistakes,

I just never would have thought
It would take this long
To finally see
Through all your lies
