Do we realize happiness
When we wear a smile
Few drops of tears
Wash down our eyes
While it cleanses our soul.

We undertake a journey
Not realizing…
When we grew up
With every step
We had taken, we learnt to walk
As a child…
Every time we cried
We learnt to survive
We learnt to surrender…
A cocoon of love.

We escape
Into the boundary less world
As dreams…
Flutter in the wind
This strange tangible happiness
Seizes our imagination
We unbound ties…
With our inborn spirituality
While we struggle…
We can not retrace our steps.

Life teaches us to sacrifice
Our comforts
And our joy
For something known
Sometimes unknown
The cycle of time
Races…
As the pulse in our waist
We take many risks
We always face challenges.

We conquer
An intangible shore
That comes for moments
We pursue happiness
In return…
