I miss you.
I miss being with you.

I know that maybe we weren’t right
but it all still hurts

I just want you to hold me today,
Tell me that you love me,
Just be with me again

I miss that face you make.
You know, that surprised one
With your blue eyes real big
and your mouth wide open.
I want to see it again
But only on your face
Because no one else could ever do it quite right

I want to be yours
It makes me sad when I see you in the halls and you are no longer mine

I love your hugs
and the way you look down into my eyes

It hurts to know that they are no more
And that someday all of this,
all of you,
all of the things I want
will someday belong to somebody else.
It sucks.
I just wish that things would have worked out for us
