For those in sorrow
Help us take their hand
And accompany them
To the road of light
Which will brighten
Their faces with joy
And free them from worry

Teach us to lift up our cups
And lighten our loads
By sharing burdens
With each other

Let us see the Truth
In our eyes as we walk
Taking time to look
And reach out and touch
With a reverence and respect
Guided by the healing power
Of Love that You give us

May we always be mindful
That gifts such as these
Should never be taken for granted
As they can be lost so easily

Strengthen us from within
So that we do not fall
From Grace but act
According to your Law

Help us forgive others
And most importantly
Forgive and love
All that we are
