Forever
I yearn to believe in forever,
but life is a broken promise,
building you up just to tear you down-
probably why I'm so full of doubt.
With shame that runs deep,
scars time could never heal,
forever seems impossible.
But in your heart
and wrapped in you arms,
I find true love, real promise
and Forever
