Forever In The Waves Poem by Shannon Greenwald

Forever In The Waves

Man I can't believe your not here,
Chattering in my ear,
Battering me with your care.
Without you here it's not easy, and I'm sorry my love
I'm sorry I can't be there.
Your ashes have gone far to the Ocean.
With the Atlantic a piece of my heart rests.
The waves consumed your soul,
and your body now too.
In life and now in death
that placid sea has been devoted to thee.
A mind set on being free
and we were going,
going
to be you and me
together at the Ocean for
Eternity.
