To this day I’ve loved you forever more.
Never will I deny the restoration you gave my soul.
With pain and sorrow, my heart has wept,
You came to me with a cure, never found, at least in my eyes.
You showed me the truth,
You showed me real love.
Why couldn’t I have found this before?
My life is new, something to live and die for.
To lose you, would be for devastation,
I would plea with my soul let you go,
But my heart would never do it.
When we take our final vows,
To love and to hold, to cherish forever.
In sickness and in health,
I’ll say I do.
If and when you say it too,
I guess this means we’ll finally be one,
Together as one we’ll make it through.
