Forget not I the one who must die
In freedoms wake and democracy's sake
Forget not we the ones that now leave
Destined to rest someplace far over the sea.
Forget not me the one who now sees
That hell does exist though sight be taken from me.
Forget not you the reader for who
Must decide if wars are just or inflated bluffs.
